Electronic registration of Congress Speakers ends: 15 July 2025
Electronic registration of Congress participants ends: 15 August 2025
Deadline for possible cancellation of earlier registration of participation in the Congress or individual accompanying events, combined with a refund of fees: 15 August 2025

Registration Fee

On-site participation: 200 PLN
On-site participation – 50% discount for students and PhD candidates: 100 PLN
Online participation: 50 PLN (for speakers only)

Bed and breakfast accommodation and lunch on 17/18 September 2025: 250 PLN
Bed and breakfast accommodation and lunch on 18/19 September 2025: 250 PLN
