We remind you that, in accordance with the Regulations, the final confirmation of participation as a Speaker or Coordinator at the 8th Congress of Polish Medievalists is the registration via the electronic form available on the Congress website and payment of the registration fee.
All payments made without prior completion of the form will be refunded to the sender's account.
Instructions for correctly completing the registration form:
On the Congress homepage, select the “Forms” tab from the top menu, then click: “Electronic Registration of Participants”.
Alternatively, you can hover your cursor over and click the human icon (top right corner), then select the “Fees” option.
Carefully read the information displayed in the “Fees” section, then scroll down to the “Registration Fee” section.
Select the appropriate form of participation in the Congress, paying particular attention to the description of each option.
After making your selection, scroll down to the “Accommodation and Meals (PL: Noclegi i wyżywienie)” section – this section will appear only if you select a participation type other than “Online Participation.”
In the appropriate fields, select your accommodation and meal options, then proceed to the “Additional Attractions (PL: Dodatkowe atrakcje)” section.
In the “Additional Attractions” section, you may choose to attend the banquet, which will take place on September 18, 2025.
Then, proceed to the “Summary” section.
In the “Summary” section, you will find the details necessary to make the registration payment.
To save the form, click the “Save” button in the lower right corner of the screen.
An automatic summary of your registration will be sent to your e-mail address and to the Congress Organizers.
Only after saving the form may you proceed with the Congress fee payment.
